Noah and the Ark
A Bible story for little hearts (Ages 4–5)
📖 The Bible Story
A long time ago, many people disobeyed God. Sin had filled the world, and people were doing what was wrong. But God showed grace to Noah.
God told Noah to build a big boat called an ark. God had a plan to keep Noah, his family, and the animals safe through a great flood.
Noah believed what God said. He obeyed God's instructions and built the ark. When the ark was ready, Noah and his family went inside, and the animals came aboard. God brought them safely through the flood.
After the flood, Noah and his family came out of the ark. God placed a rainbow in the sky as a sign of His covenant promise. God had spoken, and God would keep His promise!
Remember: Noah was not saved because he was perfect. God showed him grace, and Noah trusted God's word. God is gracious and faithful.
💡 What Can We Learn?

✝️ How Does This Story Point to Jesus?
God provided the ark to bring Noah and his family safely through the flood. The ark was God's provision for their rescue.
The Bible teaches us that we also need someone to save us. We cannot take away our own sin by trying to be good. We need Jesus Christ, God's Son.
Jesus is the perfect Savior. He died for sinners and rose again. Everyone who trusts in Him receives salvation by God's grace, not by earning it.
Noah trusted God's word and obeyed Him. Because God is gracious to us, we can learn to trust Him and obey His Word too.
